Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 17, 2026
CommercialView is committed to making its platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with labeled controls and ARIA attributes on interactive elements.
- Keyboard operability for core flows: signing in, browsing companies and surveys, and opening shared surveys.
- Sufficient color contrast in the interface, and status conveyed by text as well as color.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Accessibility review as part of ongoing development.
Known limitations
The interactive map view is inherently visual. Every property shown on the map is also available as a text list with the same details, and we continue to improve the list experience as the primary accessible alternative. Some broker-uploaded documents (brochures, floor plans) are images or PDFs produced by third parties and may not be fully accessible; contact us if you need the information from a shared document in an accessible format and we will provide it.
Feedback and accommodation
If any part of CommercialView is difficult for you to use, or you need content in a different format, email hello@commercialview.ai with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We aim to respond within two business days and to provide the information or an accommodation promptly.
Compatibility
CommercialView is built for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and is tested with keyboard navigation. We do not require any plug-ins.
